FranzNahrada: think thats a very good idea. We must make more explicit what is allready "tacit knoledge" in the MinciuSodas community: the worknets formula is the latest expression of a long conceptual development....

1. we support personal investigations based on clearly defined values and goals. We center around individuals because they can provide leadership and direction. they are only attractive if they really care for their worknet.

2. we motivate people to lurk into such investigations and eventually get active and possibly helpful. We want to invite them by an open culture of cooperation to augment our allready vast social capital.

Every new member is a new business opportunity, an opportunity for genuine support activities which are defined as win-win games that promote the client and the community alike. Seriously this question is present in the whole business process, the answer requires skillfulness and creativity.

Worknets are open learning environments with a productive combination of various tools

• Wikispace

• etc.

Worknets can be very different in size and scope.
